Book a Tour
During a virtual or in-person tour, you’ll meet with one of our Wedding Coordinators who will show you around both the ceremony and reception spaces and provide you with a detailed breakdown of our services and fees. This is your opportunity to ask questions and understand the unique value of the venue you’re interested in.
Secure Your Date
Once you’ve fallen in love with one of our venues, we’ll get your details and provide you with a contract to sign. We’ll walk you through the fine print so you know exactly what to expect, including your payment schedule. You’ll then pay a deposit to secure your date and you’re ready to start planning!
Food Tasting & Planning Meeting
Three to six months before your wedding, we’ll host your Food Tasting and Planning meeting where you’ll have the opportunity to sit down with your Wedding Coordinator to discuss the fun stuff, like layout and décor. Our chef will then provide you with a menu tasting so you can taste our five-star-rated food before crafting your dream menu.
Day Before Décor Drop
The day before your wedding, you’ll drop off your décor and meet with your Wedding Coordinator for a final planning meeting. They’ll have been in touch throughout the entire process, so you should show up feeling confident and ready to get married. But if you have any last-minute questions, this is a great opportunity to ask them.
The Big Day
The morning of your wedding will come with many emotions – but you won’t feel any nerves about the setup, décor, or orchestration of your big day. That’s the beauty of booking a Cornerstone Wedding. We’ll handle every detail so you can focus on what matters most: getting married to the love of your life.
The First Day of Married Life
After enjoying your first morning as a married couple, you’ll ease into honeymoon mode after picking up your décor. Because another perk of being a Cornerstone Couple is our take-down service, which allows you to go home after your reception while our team packs up your décor for you to take home the next day.
